摘要
目的观察调Q 1 064 nm激光联合精华素超声导入治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法黄褐斑患者64例,随机分为两组,分别为激光组和联合治疗组。激光组患者32例,采用单纯调Q 1 064 nm激光治疗,脉宽5~15 ns,光斑直径4~6 mm,能量密度3.5~4.5 J/cm2,每4周治疗1次,共治疗3次,每次治疗间隔3个月。联合治疗组患者32例,采用调Q 1 064 nm激光联合精华素超声导入治疗,精华素10~20 ml,超声导入药液时间20~30 min,每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,每月1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。术后1年随访,观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果两组患者的总有效率分别为联合治疗组81.3%;激光治疗组43.8%,联合治疗组明显优于单纯激光治疗组,两组比较差异具有显著意义（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组患者无一例出现复发、色素沉着和其它不良反应。结论调Q 1 064 nm联合精华素超声导入治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,具有良好的应用和推广价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Q-switched 1 064 nm Laser combined with ulrasound guided essence for cholasma.Methods Totally 64 selected patients were divided into two groups randomly. One group（ the simple treatment group） had the sole treatment of Q-switch 1 064 nm laser,and the other group（ the comprehensive treatment group） was given Q-switched 1 064 nm Laser as well as ulrasound guided essence. 12 weeks later,the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. While the response rate of the first group being 43. 75%,that of the latter was 81. 25%.Results The curative effect was significantly better in the comprehensive treatment group than in the simple treatment group.Conclusions Featuring notable curative effect,high safety and low recurred rate,the combination of Q-switched 1 064 nm Laser and ulrasound guided essence is recommended for application and popularization as an effective treatment for melasma.
