摘要
目的观察浮针围刺结合加味逍遥散治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将80例女性黄褐斑患者分为对照组与观察组各40例。观察组采用浮针围刺结合加味逍遥散治疗,对照组则给予激光抗斑治疗,10d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后记录两组患者斑块面积、斑块颜色评分,疗程结束后比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果治疗后两组患者斑块面积、斑块颜色评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低更为明显,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针围刺结合加味逍遥散治疗黄褐斑能明显降低患者斑块面积、斑块颜色评分,明显提高治疗的总有效率,临床疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle peri-acupuncture combined with modified Xiaoyao powder on chloasma.Methods 80 cases of female patients with chloasma were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.Observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,control group was given conventional western medicine anti-plaque treatment,10 d was a course of treatment,totally treated for 3 courses.The plaque area and plaque color scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results The plaque area and plaque color scores of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease of observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modified Xiaoyao powder can significantly reduce the plaque area and plaque color score of patients with chloasma,and significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment.The clinical curative effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
