摘要
介绍了等离子熔覆技术,并对中部槽的磨损面形貌进行了SEM分析,探讨了其磨损机理,采用等离子熔覆技术对中部槽进行修复再制造,研究了熔覆层的组织和性能。研究结果表明:中部槽采用等离子熔覆技术修复再制造后,耐磨性、耐腐蚀性明显提升。
The plasma cladding technology was introduced,then wear surface morphology of the middle trough were analyzed by SEM, and the wear mechanism was discussed. Plasma cladding technology was used to repair remanufacturing the middle trough,and the mi- erostructure and properties of the cladding layer were researched. Results have shown that, with the application of plasma cladding tech- nology, the repaired middle trough has better wear-resisting property and corrosion resistance,
