摘要
导向滑靴是采煤机正常运行的关键零件,由于工作环境恶劣、受力复杂、维护困难,使其成为采煤机的易损件。其损坏形式主要为过快磨损和断裂,其中磨损问题最为复杂。通过对4种耐磨材料对比试验的分析与研究,在具有良好韧性的基材上得到良好耐磨性的熔覆层,提高导向滑靴耐磨性能。
The trapping shoe is the key component for the shearer to work correctly. At the same time, it's the worn part for the harsh environment, complicated stress and difficult maintenance. The main damage form is fast abrasion and break. The most complicated problem is the abrasion. Based on the analysis and research of contrast test of four wear-resistant materials, to obtain the cladding layer with good wear resistance on the base material, improve the wear resistance of the trapping shoe.
