Research on Manufacturing Process of Middle Trough with High Reliability

摘要 中部槽是刮板输送机物料输送及采煤机运行承载部件,其性能好坏直接影响到刮板输送机的可靠性和使用寿命。为了提高中部槽的使用性能,研制了低碳高合金铸钢,替代传统槽帮使用的ZG30MnSi,优化了中板用材和坡口形式,采用了新型的中部槽焊接系统和焊接工艺,保证了焊接的效率和强度,同时利用数控成型的方法对中部槽关键尺寸进行整体焊后加工。实验结果表明:采用该工艺制造的中部槽整体性能可靠,强度高,满足煤矿年产千万吨级综采工作面设备配套的要求。 Middle trough is the body and the load-carrying device of the scraper conveyor and its function directly affects the reliability and service life.In order to improve its function,technological innovations have been operated,low-carbon high alloy steel has been researched as the substitute of the traditional ZG30MnSi,the configuration of groove and material of the central plate has been optimized,the new welding system and skills in middle trough have been applied to ensure the efficiency and strength of welding.In addition,several crucial sizing treatments in middle trough have been adjusted by using numerical control molding.In conclusion,the middle trough by this new technology displays higher reliability and better strength.Moreover,it can meet the requirements of fully mechanized coal mining of the tens of millions of tons per year.
