摘要
刮板输送机是井下输送煤的主要工具,其中中部槽承担着煤的输送。由于工作环境的特殊性,中部槽中板的磨损严重。本文提出了几种减少中板磨损的方法,分析了等离子熔覆技术,并将该技术直接应用于西山煤电集团各矿。实践证明,该技术对增强中部槽的耐磨性有较好的提升作用,可提高设备的使用寿命、节约成本,经济效益和社会效益显著。
The scraper conveyer is the main tool of conveying coal in mine,the middle trough bear the conveying coal.Due to the particularity of working environment,so as to make the central trough plate wear and tear.Put forwards Several methods how to reduce wear and tear,introduces the working principle of plasma cladding technology and di-rectly applies the technology in every coal mine of Xishan coal electricity group mine.Practice proves that the technol-ogy to enhance the wear resistance of middle trough has very good improvement effect,can improve the service life of equipment,cost savings,economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable.
