摘要
在自然资源存量趋紧的大背景之下,以"城市矿产"理论为指导,将建筑废弃物作为一种城市资源进行循环开发利用,是城市可持续发展的出路与保障。在对广州市建筑废弃物管理活动进行深入调查之后,通过分析归纳广州市在建筑废弃物开发利用活动中出现的问题,提出了构建"城市矿产"管理平台,并对源头分类、转运消纳等几个影响平台运行的关键点提出了优化建议。
In the context of the natural resource stock tightening, guided by ＂urban minerals＂ theory, making the construction waste recycled as a city resource exploitation and utili- zation is the way out and protection of urban sustainable development. after the in -depth investigation to Guangzhou construction waste management activities, this essay analyzes and summarizes the issues which appear in Guangzhou construction waste exploitation activities. Then it puts forward to build ＂urban minerals＂ management platform, and gives optimization proposal to several key points that influence platform＇ s running, such as source separation, transport and disposition, etc.
