盾构渣土物理力学性质及绿色利用技术进展 被引量:8

摘要 由于盾构掘进施工将会产生大量渣土,渣土往往会在盾构掘进过程中采取添加泡沫剂、膨润土、水等一些添加剂对土体进行改良,盾构渣土的填埋、运输、堆放,会在一定程度造成环境污染.因此,有必要对渣土成分、物理力学性质、改性方法等方面展开研究.对渣土无害化的绿色处理或进一步的回收作为盾构施工掘进壁后注浆材料、开发制备生态砖原料、路基填料等工程实施方案进行研究,有效提升地铁建设的生态环保功能,为今后盾构施工中渣土绿色处理与再利用提供参考. Because of the large amount of muck generated during shield tunneling,the waste soil will be improved by adding some additives such as foam agent,bentonite and water in the process of shield tunneling.The landfill,transportation and stacking of shield residue will cause environmental pollution to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to study the composition,physical and mechanical properties and modification methods of slag.The engineering implementation schemes such as green treatment or further recovery of dregs and soil as grouting material after shield tunneling wall,the development and preparation of ecological brick raw materials,roadbed fillers are studied.The eco-environmental protection function of metro construction is effectively improved,and the reference for the green disposal and reuse of dregs and soils in shield tunneling in the future is provided.
