摘要
针对煤炭井工开采造成矿区塌陷带来的一系列环境问题,在了解当前塌陷区治理情况的基础上,分析采煤塌陷区治理存在的问题,提出了加强采煤塌陷区治理的统筹规划、调整煤炭开发布局、多方筹措治理资金、创新塌陷区治理利用模式四项治理措施,对推动采煤塌陷区综合治理具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the environmental problems caused by mining subsidence, based on the understanding of the current subsidence reclamation situation, the paper analyzed the problems in mining subsidence reclamation, proposed four countermeasures to strengthen the overall planning of coal mining subsidence reclamation, adjust the distribution of coal exploitation, raise funds in many ways, and innovate reclamation mode. The study could provide guidance to the comprehensive treatment of coal mining subsidence comprehensive.
