摘要
依托四川大学化学专业实验室综合训练教学平台的大型仪器,对经典的基础有机化学实验——从茶叶中提取咖啡因进行了改革探索和实践。在传统的天然产物提取实验基础之上,引入现代分析技术进行实验教学,并增加了对提取的咖啡因结构鉴定的实验教学内容,采取核磁共振(400 MHz)和离子阱飞行质谱确定咖啡因的结构。
Improving of the teaching experiment(extraction of caffeine from tea),relied on the instrument of the comprehensive training and teaching platform(the professional labortory of chemistry,Sichuan University),some meaningful improvements of classical organic chemistry teaching experiments(the extraction of caffeine from tea)are conducted.On the basis of traditional natural product extraction experiment,the modern analytical technique is introduced into this experiment teaching to identify the structure of caffeine extracted from tea,by using the NMR(400 MHz),and the ion trap time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LCMS-IT-TOF).
