摘要
介绍了从茶叶中提取咖啡因的两种不同的实验方法。针对咖啡因的特点,从提取液(乙醇和水)的性质出发,分别用索氏提取和浸提的方法分离茶叶中的咖啡因,对两种方法的实验条件、操作步骤、实验结果、教学侧重点等方面进行了比较,阐明了物质性质与实验方法、操作步骤的对应关系。学生可根据文中提供的信息,并结合具体实验操作,能够更好地理解化学实验内容,掌握有机化学实验中的比较学习法,提高创新能力和实践能力。
This paper introduces two different experimental methods to extract caffeine from tea. Ac- cording to the characteristics of caffeine, from the properties of the extracted solution ( ethanol and wa- ter), the caffeine in tea was separated by Soxhlet extraction and soaking, respectively. This paper compared the experimental conditions, experimental results and emphasis, and demonstrated the corre- spondence between the properties and the experiment method and operation procedure. On the basis of the information provided by this paper and combining with specific experimental operation, students can understand the contents of the chemical experiments, master the comparative study methods for or- ganic chemistry, and enhance their innovation ability and practical ability.
