摘要
介绍了一种自主研发的气动空间弯曲柔性关节。该关节相当于三个独立的人工肌肉并联而成,具有三个自由度,能实现空间弯曲和轴向伸长。重点研究了该关节的结构功能和工作原理。搭建了实验系统,对关节的空间弯曲角度和方向进行了实验研究,得到了关节的变形特性,为以后的进一步研究与应用奠定了基础。
In this paper, we develop a new kind of pneumatic space bending flexible joint. The joint is equivalent to three independent artificial muscle connected in parallel, with three degrees of freedom, can realize the space bending and axial elongation. The working principle of the structure and function of the joints were studied. The space bending angle and direction of joint has been done on the experimental system and the characteristics of deformation of the joint are required. The study of this paper laid the foundation for further application of the joint.
