摘要
首先给出精益、敏捷和精敏供应链评价指标体系,为了避免主观赋权法无法反映客观条件变化,或客观赋权法无法反映专家经验的双重弊端,将精益、敏捷、精敏供应链模式选择评价指标权重的确定进行分类处理:在对定量指标赋权时,采用主观赋权的三角模糊数法和客观赋权的熵权法进行组合赋权;而对定性指标赋权只采用三角模糊数法。最后,将模糊理论和VIKOR评价法结合起来,选择最佳的供应链模式,并以汽车制造业为实例,说明该模型能够为企业选择适用自身运作的供应链模式提供高效方法。
Firstly, the evaluation index system of selecting supply chain paradigm is built. In order to avoid the double drawbacks that subjective weighting method does not reflect the change of objective conditions, and objective ones does not reflect the experience of experts. The fuzzy set theory is applied to translate the linguistic preferences into triangular fuzzy numbers. The qualitative indicators weights are determined by using decision makers' superiority linguistic ratings and the quantitative ones are determined by combining the superiority linguistic ratings and fuzzy - entropy weighting method. Final- ly, the fuzzy VIKOR is employed to generate an overall performance score for each supply chain paradigm. An example of supply chain paradigm selection is conducted to show that this proposed approach provides an efficient way which is suitable for enterprises to choose the proper supply chain paradigm.
