摘要 针对供应链环境下备件供应商选择的复杂性,在进行备件分类管理的基础上分析了供应商管理库存(VMI)对B类备件的适用性,构建了VMI备件供应商的评价指标体系,应用熵权法确定了相应评价指标的权重,并运用VIKOR算法对备件供应商进行了评价研究。通过实例证明了该方法在备件供应商选择中的有效性。 The suitability of VMI to the kind of B spare parts was analyzed based on the sort management of spare parts which is aimed at complexity of the selection of parts suppliers under the environment of the supply chain.A supplier evalu-ation index system was structured,with the weights of corresponding indicators determined via entropy method,and spare parts suppliers evaluated via VIKOR algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness has been proved effective in the selection of spare parts suppliers in examples.
