摘要
探讨和比较了精益生产和敏捷制造模式 ,强调了相似和不同之处 .通过考虑这两种生产模式之间的不同点 ,发现它们不应该被孤立发展 .在供应链中集成精益生产和敏捷制造往往是合适的 ,因为精益生产需要层级调度 ,敏捷制造最适合于满足波动需求 .这种混合供应链能够考虑市场知识和解耦点的定位 ,能够更快捷地响应和满足客户的需求 .通过一个实例示范 ,说明了精益生产和敏捷制造是如何被成功地结合在供应链里的 .
Lean production and agile manufacturing paradigms are discussed and compared, and their similarities and differences, are highlighted. Through considering the differences between the two we found that they should not be developed in isolation. It is often appropriate to integrate lean production and agile manufacturing in the supply chain, as lean production requires a level schedule and agile manufacturing is best suited for satisfying a fluctuating demand (in terms of production volume and variety). This hybrid supply chain can consider market knowledge and positioning of the decoupling point, and can much more rapidly respond and satisfy the demands of customers. A case study is presented to demonstrate how leanness and agility have been combined successfully within one supply chain.
