摘要
目的研究甘蔗叶醇提物中的化学成分。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、HPLC制备色谱等方法对甘蔗叶中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱分析方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从提取物的二氯甲烷部位中分离到10个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香酸、(8'R,7'S)-(-)-8-hydroxy-α-conidendrin、去氢催吐萝芙叶醇、催吐萝芙叶醇、尼泊金甲酯、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯、4',5'-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖基木糖苷、schiffnerone B、isohydroxymatairesinol和地芰普内酯。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the ethanolic extract in the leaves of Saccharum sirtensis Roxb.. METH- ODS The compounds were isolated by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including silica gel,polyamide,sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography and PHPLC. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified on the basis of spectroscopic data as 4 - hydroxy - 3,5 - dimethoxybenzoic acid, (8'R,7'S) - ( - ) - 8 - hydroxy - c~ - conidendrin , dehydrovomifoliol, vomifoliol, methyl 4 - hydroxy- benzoate, ( E ) - methyl 3 - ( 4 - hydroxyphenyl ) acrylate, 4', 5' - dimethoxyflavone - 7 - 0 - glucoxyloside, schiffnerone B, isohydroxymatairesinol and loliolide. CONCLUSION All the mentioned compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
