摘要
目的:研究狭叶米口袋地上部分的化学成分。方法:95%乙醇渗漉提取,采用反复硅胶柱,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,RP C18柱色谱分离等方法从狭叶米口袋地上部分分离其化学成分,通过理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了22个化合物,其中黄酮类8个,分别为芹菜素(1),金圣草黄素(2),3',7-二羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮(3),香叶木素(4),4',7-二羟基黄酮(5),木犀草素(6),3',4',7-三羟基黄酮(7),槲皮素(8);酚酸类7个,分别为间羟基苯甲酸(9),反式阿魏酸(10),异香草酸(11),对羟基反式肉桂酸(12),水杨酸(13),反式对香豆酸(14),原儿茶酸(15),(S)-2-羟基苯丙酸(16);香豆素类2个,七叶内酯(17),7-甲氧基香豆素(18);其他类,菜豆酸(19),布卢门醇A(20),(6S,9R)-roseoside(21),山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(22)。结论:除化合物1,5,8,15外,其余化合物均为首次从米口袋属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of aerial parts of Gueldenstaedtia stenophylla. Method: Chemical constituents were extracted with 95% alcohol and separated by repeated silica gel column, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and RP Cls column chromatographic separation from aerial parts of G. stenophylla. Their structures were identified on the basis of the physiochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Twenty-two compounds were separated and identified as apigenin (1), chrysoeriol(2), faruisin (3), diosmetin ( 4 ), 4', 7-dihydroxyflavone ( 5 ), luteolin ( 6 ), 3', 4', 7-trihydroxyflavone ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), m-hydroxy benzoic acid ( 9 ), trans-ferulic acid(10), isovanillic acid(ll), E-β-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(12), salicylic acid(13), trans-p-coumaric acid(14), protocatechuic acid ( 15 ), (S) -2-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid ( 16 ), esculetin ( 17 ), 7-methoxy coumarin ( 18), phaseic acid ( 19 ), blumenol A (20) , ( 6S, 9R) -roseoside ( 21 ) , kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 22 ). Conclusion: Except compounds 1, 5, 8 and 15, the rest compounds were separated from genus Gueldenstaedtia for the first time.
