摘要
目的研究海芋[Alocasia macrorrhiza(L.)Schott]的化学成分。方法采用有机溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC和重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,通过化合物的理化性质和质谱、核磁等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从海芋的根茎中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别是山橘脂酸(1)、反式-阿魏酰酪胺(2)、grossa-mide(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、香草酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、尼泊金甲酯(7)、β-胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Alocasia macrorrhiza (L) Schott. METHODS Chemical constit- uents were extracted by organic solvents, isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques with silica gel, polyamide, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, semi-preparative HPLC and recrystallization. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spec- tral data analyses of MS and NMR, et al. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from its rhizoma and identified as glycosmisic acid ( 1 ), N-trans-feruloyhyramine (2), grossamide (3), protocatechuic acid (4), borneol acetate (5), vanillic acid (6), methyl 4-hydroxybenzo- ate(7), fl-daucosterol(8), and fi-sitosterol(9). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-9 were isolated from Alocasia macrorrhiza for the first time.
