摘要
异于部属高校免费师范生,地方院校免费师范生立足农村,以服务区域农村教育为独特职业目标,职业认同是其扎根农村所必需的心理条件与关键所在,亟待研究者给予充分关注。以四川两所高校免费师范生为研究对象,首先通过问卷调查法,构建生源地归属、县域服务、社会支持等认同维度,考察其职业认同特征。结果表明:地方院校免费师范生总体职业认同度较高;在县域服务、生源地归属、社会支持三个维度上的认同度依次降低;其中对重要他人、学校、政府的认同度存在显著差异。进而结合访谈法,对职业认同动力机制进行深度剖析,提炼强化职业认同的有效路径:强化免费教育政策的符号认同价值,营造优良的职业认同环境,优化教师群体认同模式。
The vocational target of tuition-free normal students at local colleges is to engage in rural education and serve the local community. As an indispensible psychological premise for tuition-free normal students to take root in rural areas, professional identity deserves much more attention in current research. Based on a survey of two local colleges in Sichuan, this study investigates the professional identity of tuition-free normal students at local colleges from the perspectives of source place identity, county identity and social support identity. The results indicate that the total level of professional identity is relatively higher than average, among which the level of county service identity is the highest, and the level of social support identity is the lowest. Upon analyzing the dynamic mechanisms behind the professional identity of tuition-free normal students, the study proposes a feasible path to the enhancement of normal students~ professional identity.
