摘要
为掌握泸州职业技术学院定向培养的面向贫困山区全科型小学教师人才培养质量状况,课题组采用问卷方式对古蔺、叙永、合江三县教育和体局局以及农村小学展开调研,结果发现:用人单位对毕业生总体满意度高,认为毕业生适应农村教育能力较强,教育教学水平较高,能长期从事农村教育教学。建议人才培养强化服务农村小学教育目标,培养农村小学全科教师核心能力为重点并持续优化"联合培养"机制。
In order to grasp the quality of talent training for general-subject primary school teachers cultivated by Luzhou Vocational and Technical College who have been assigned in poverty-stricken mountainous areas,the research team takes an investigation on Education and Sports Bureaus of Gulin,Xuyong,Hejiang,and rural primary schools.It is found that employers have a high overall satisfaction with the graduates and believe that the graduates,with high teaching level,have a strong ability to adapt to rural education and are able to engage in rural education for a long time.It is recommended that personnel training should strengthen the service goals of rural primary schools,focus on cultivating core competence of rural primary school teachers,and continue to optimize the"joint training"mechanism.
