摘要 文章对国外教师职业认同研究的现状作了介绍,并分析和探讨了教师职业认同现有研究存在的问题及教师职业认同的研究前景。 The paper introduces the current studies of teachers' professional identity abroad,and analyzes the problems and the prospects of it meanwhile.
