摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在社区全科医学教学中的教学效果。方法 80名学生被随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40人,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用PBL教学模式,比较两组学生自主学习以及教学效果。结果研究组学生课余学习总时间,查询数据库学习时间,利用图书馆学习时间,讨论学习时间均显著长于对照组学生。研究组学生分析、解决问题能力,系统化能力,求知欲,认知成熟度,自主学习能力以及团队协作能力均显著高于对照组。结论 PBL教学法教学效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of PBL in general medicine in community hospital. Methods 80 students were randomly divided into control group and study group, 40 students in each group. Control group received traditional teaching mode, study group received PBL teaching mode. Autonomous learning and teaching effect were compared between 2 groups. Results The total learning time after class querying the database, learning in library and discussing time in study group were significantly longer than that in control group. The scores of analyzing and solving problem skills, system capacity, thirst for knowledge, cognitive maturity, autonomous learning ability and the team cooperation ability in study group were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion PBL teaching has remarkable teaching effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
