摘要
目的评价方庄社区卫生服务中心全科医生岗位培训工作效果,总结经验,发现问题,并为今后的全科医学岗位培训提出应对策略。方法对2010-2013年度的培训学员进行问卷调查,发放问卷146份,回收有效问卷146份。结果学员缺乏全科诊疗思路、学员对社区常见的心理问题抑郁、焦虑的识别能力有待提高,医患沟通技巧掌握不够。结论应完善配套政策措施、加强教学管理、开展教学评估、优化组合培训内容,使进行全科医生岗位培训的学生在较短时间内能获得全科医学的知识和技能。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of general practitioner post training at Fangzhuang Community Health Service Center , summarize experience , find problems , and put forward countermeasures for future post training in general medicine .Methods We conducted a survey among the trainees from 2010 to 2013 and collected 146 valid questionnaires .Results The trainees do not have a good knowledge of general medicine diagnosis and treatment . They cannot identify common psychological problems like depression and anxiety and are weak in doctor -patient communication skills . Conclusion We should improve the supporting policies and measures , strengthen the teaching management , conduct teaching evaluation , and optimize the training content so that the trainees of general practitioner post training can acquire knowledge and skills of general medicine in a short period .
