摘要
目的探索全科医学的教学方式和方法。方法在全科医学教学中采用多媒体课件教学方法，评价该教学方法的教学效果。结果多数学生喜欢多媒体课件教学方法，它可以使学生更多地利用图书馆及网络资源学习（x2=16．3111，P=0．0003），而且学习成绩也有明显提高（t=5．1885，P〈O．0001）。结论采用多媒体课件进行全科医学教学，能够充分调动学生的学习积极性并提高课堂教学效果。
Objective Exploring teaching way and method of general medicine. Methods Sum- marizing and using the teaching methods of multimedia courseware in the teaching of general medicine and comparing the teaching effect. Results Most students like this teaching method, and students who taught by means of multi-medid courseware are more likely to make good use of libraries and network resources for learning（x2 = 16. 3111, P= 0. 0003）, their performances in study have been apparently improved （t = 5. 1885 ,P〈O. 0001 ）. Conclusions The use of multimedia courseware for general medicine teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve teaching efficiency and effect.
