医院临床业务管理岗位员工绩效考核标准和方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立临床业务管理岗位科主任、护士长绩效考核指标体系,促进医院战略发展和持续改进。方法:通过问卷调查和专家访谈法统计了考核指标、考核周期等数据,再利用聚类分析确定考核指标类别,确立绩效考核指标体系。结果:初步建立了以工作量为基础的,以医院战略为目标的,涵盖了医疗、科研、教学的临床业务管理岗位绩效考核体系。结论:建立科主任、护士长绩效考核体系,不仅可以作为薪酬的参考,还可以引导相关人员的行为,加大业务管理力度,使医院在临床、护理、管理等工作方面持续改进,推进医院快速发展。 Objective:To establish a performance evaluation system for department directors and head nurses who are in charge of clinical service and administration to promote the development of hospital strategy and continuous improvement. Methods:Evaluation indexes, scope and assessment cycle were collected by questionnaire and expert interview. Clustering analysis was used to determine the categories of assessment indicators and the evaluation index system. Results:The performance appraisal system, based on workload, scientific research and teaching of department head, head nurse and administrative director is established initially. Conclusion:Establishing specialized performance assessment system for department directors and head nurses who are in charge of clinical service and administration can not only give reference on compensation, but also guide the behavior of relevant person to achieve the continuous improvement of hospital in clinical, nursing and promote rapid development of hospital.
