摘要
目的研究实习医院绩效管理中实习生对学校、医院和学生自身满意度之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查的方法,随机抽取某卫生职业学院9所实习医院2014级和2015级实习生共计832人进行自填式问卷调查。结果通过对803份有效问卷数据的分析发现:实施绩效管理前后、不同医院、不同实习安排形式的学生对绩效考核条目的满意度存在差别(P<0.05)。结论实习学生对实习管理的满意度与是否实施绩效管理、实习医院的类型和实习安排形式等因素有关,建议学校在实习医院的管理中全面推进绩效管理,以学校统一安排实习为主体,多为学生联系三级医院作为实习医院。
Objective To study the relationship among the self satisfaction of interns and their satisfaction to the school and hospital. Methods A total of 832 interns of 2014 and 2015 grade in 9 intern hospitals of a health vocational college were randomly selected,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results Through the analysis of 803 valid questionnaire data,it is found that the difference of satisfaction of students to the performance appraisal entry before and after the implementation of performance management was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The differences of satisfaction to performance appraisal entry of students from different hospitals and received different practice arrangement form were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusions Students' satisfaction to internship management is related to the implementation of performance management,the type of internship hospital and the form of internship arrangement. It is suggested that the school comprehensively promote performance management in the management of internship hospital,make the unified arranged internship as the main body,and contact more third-class hospitals as internship hospitals for students.
