摘要
当前,随着我国医疗体制的不断变革,国家、政府均对公立医院绩效考核管理提出了更高的要求。为满足医疗体制改革的要求,适应日益竞争的医疗市场环境,如何进一步完善和健全绩效考核管理,提高自身及队伍的管理服务能力和综合素质,激励医护人员更加积极投身于工作,贡献自身力量,创造更多价值,促进医院科学发展,是当前公立医院亟待解决的问题。文章主要针对公立医院绩效考核面临的问题以及对策展开综述。
At present, with the continuous reform of China’s medical system, the state and the government have put forward higher requirements for the performance appraisal management of public hospitals. In order to meet the requirements of medical system reform and adapt to the increasingly competitive medical market environment, how to further improve and perfect the performance appraisal management, improve their own and team’s management and service ability and comprehensive quality, encourage medical staff to more actively participate in work, contribute their own strength, create more value, and promote the scientific development of the hospital are the urgent problems to be solved in the current public hospitals. This paper mainly focuses on the problems and countermeasures of performance appraisal in public hospitals.
