摘要
计算了冲击载荷时液压支架双伸缩立柱的受力及整个过程中各级液压缸所受到的最大压力,并通过有限元Msc.Marc Mentat软件分析了最大压力下双伸缩立柱整体弯曲变形,液压支架双伸缩立柱中缸的应力、应变及镀层脱落的部位,为设计安全、可靠的液压支架提供了理论依据。
Calculate the stress of the hydraulic support under the impact load and the maximum pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Analysis model of double-telescopic prop of hydraulic support is established based on the finite element-Marc.Emphasis to calculate the stress, deformation of the prop of hydraulic support, especially the second cylinder. The bending deformation and the corrosion due to stripping of cladding. The results provide significant reference for the design of the safe and reliable hydraulic roof suPPort.
