摘要
建立双伸缩立柱的力学模型,依据国家标准,分别计算出立柱在承受1.1倍偏载与2倍中心载荷的情况下,立柱各段的最大挠度及最大应力。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对立柱在承受以上2种载荷的情况下进行有限元分析,直观地展现出立柱在受力时其应力及位移的大小与分布。结果表明,力学计算结果和ANSYS分析结果基本一致,从而验证了有限元法在此结构分析中的合理性。
Established the mechanical model of the doubly-telescopic prop, according to the national standards, the maximum deflection and the maximum stress of the leg's every part when the leg carried 1.1 times eccentrically rated load and 2 times central rated load were calculated. Through finite element analysis on the doubly-telescopic prop,the distribution and variation of stress and deformation are displayed clearly. The results show that mechanics calculations and ANSYS analysis results are basically consistent, verify that the finite element method is reasonable in this structural analysis.
