摘要
采用量纲分析法和流固耦合仿真技术对3种缸径液压支架的双伸缩立柱进行分析研究,建立液压支架立柱挠度与影响其数值的因素之间的无量纲关系式,并得到立柱挠度的计算公式,可适用于单伸缩和多伸缩立柱挠度值计算。通过研究分析表明:在实际应用过程中,提高支架立柱的初撑力,可以大大减小工作阻力增加对立柱挠度变化的影响。
The dimensional analysis method and the fluid-solid coupling simulation technology were applied to research the double-telescopic column of three hydraulic supports with various cylinder diameter,and the dimensionless relationship formula between the column deflection of the hydraulic support and the factors affecting its value was established.The calculation formula of the column deflection was obtained,which could be used to calculate the deflection of single-telescopic and multiple-telescopic column.The research and analysis results showed that the increase in initial supporting force of the column greatly reduced the influence of working resistance increase on the variation of the column deflection.
