摘要
营养是促进人体健康,提升国家人力资源和生产力发展的关键。国民营养状况会对国家生产力发展和经济负担产生影响,进而影响国民经济发展。多年来,行之有效的营养改善措施使中国提前达到了千年发展目标(MDG),是我国对世界做出的巨大贡献。此外,发达国家的经验指出,国民营养改善能够促进社会生产力解放和发展,同时也能保障社会的公平。本文通过阐述营养对社会经济发展的促进作用得出,根据《食物营养与发展纲要2014—2020》,坚持以营养发展为指导,探索符合中国国情的营养政策及国民营养改善方案,才能为中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"奠定坚实的人力资源和劳动力基础。
Nutrition plays an important role in promoting human health and elevating country human resources and development of productive forces. Nutrition states may influence the development of national production and economic burden,and affect the development of the national economy. Over these years,effective national nutrition improvement strategies made China achieve the Millennium Development Goals( MDG) before 2015,which was huge contributions to the world. Experiments in developed country in the past two centuries had revealed that national nutrition improvement strategic could both promote social productive forces,and keep social fairness. Therefore,according to the Food Nutrition Development Outline 2014—2020,the foundation of human resources and labor force for national rejuvenation could be built with adhering to the nutrition development as the guidance and developing the nutrition policies with Chinese characteristics.
