摘要
贫困问题是本世纪农村经济发展的重大问题,我国政府向来重视农村扶贫工作并取得了显著成绩。扶贫活动中贫困农民的参与意愿对农村扶贫工作的成效具有决定意义,本文通过来自我国连片特困地区4省9县的调研数据回归表明:年龄、收入、当地教育发展水平以及农民对政府扶贫效率的认知等因素均对农民的扶贫参与意愿具有显著地统计学意义。本文最后就提高农民扶贫参与意愿提出了相应的建议和对策。
The poverty is a problem of vital importance presented during this century,and our government has been focusing on poverty alleviation in countryside with the great achievement,thus,the farmers' participation willing in the poverty alleviation has the decided sense in the rural alleviation. This paper uses data from 9 counties of 4 provinces and empirical study shows that age,poor farmers' income,local education development and the efficiency of government poverty alleviation are the main influencing factors of people's participation. Finally,this article proposes suggestions and policies to lift farmers' poverty.
