摘要
目的观察补肾活血周期疗法联合西药治疗宫腔粘连分解术后患者的临床疗效及对子宫内膜环境的影响。方法将100例宫腔粘连术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予西药戊酸雌二醇片、黄体酮胶囊周期治疗;实验组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血周期疗法中药,两组共治疗3个月经周期。观察治疗前后两组患者子宫内膜厚度及血流状态,并判定月经恢复疗效及宫腔粘连疗效。结果实验组月经恢复、宫腔粘连总有效率分别为84%、88%,对照组分别为70%、76%,实验组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显增加,子宫内膜血流参数PI、RI均明显降低,子宫内膜穿支血流分级Ⅲ级患者数明显增加(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,子宫内膜穿支血流分级Ⅲ级患者数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血周期疗法联合西药能改善宫腔粘连术后患者子宫内膜厚度,增加子宫内膜血流,有利于月经恢复,预防宫腔再次粘连。
Objective To observe the effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood combined with cyclic therapy on transcervical resection of adhesions（ TCRA） and on endometrial environment. Methods Totally 100 cases of intrauterine adhesions after-surgery patients were equally randomized into test group and control group. The control group was given cycles of treatment with Estradiol Valerate Tablets and progesterone capsules; the test group was given Chinese medicine therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation cycle based on the medication of control group. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Endometrial thickness and blood flow in two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment,and the menstruation recovery effect and intrauterine adhesion effect were determined. Results Total effectiveness of the recovery of menstruation and uterine cavity adhesion of the test group were respectively 84% and 88%,while those of the control group were 70% and 76%,respectively. The test group was significantly better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Endometrial thickness was significantly increased in test group after treatment,the endometrial blood flow parameters PI,RI were decreased,and patient number of endometrial perforating blood flow grade Ⅲ level increased significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the thickness of endometrium of the test group is obviously higher than that of control group,and patients number of endometrial perforating blood flow grade Ⅲ level is obviously more than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tonifying kidney and activating blood cycle therapy combined with western medicine can improve the endometrial thickness of the patients after the operation of adhesion of the uterine cavity,increase uterine endometrial blood flow,and is conducive to the recovery of menstruation while preventing uterine cavity adhesion again.
