摘要
宫腔粘连是一种临床常见病,其发病率呈逐渐上升趋势。临床表现为月经量少、闭经、周期性下腹疼痛,并且可造成妇女不孕及流产。目前宫腔镜下粘连分离术(TCAR)是治疗宫腔粘连的最佳手段,然而TCAR术后极易复发,临床上用于防治术后再粘连的方法均有一定的局限性,是全世界共同面对的难题。中医对此病症的认识源远流长,无论在病因病机还是治疗方法上都有着极大的特色和优势。随着近年来有关络脉理论、微循环系统与NEI网络(神经—内分泌—免疫网络)研究的不断深入,导师姜丽娟教授认为宫腔粘连术后再粘连的病因主要在于胞宫胞络瘀阻,基于络脉理论可为本病的防治提供新的学术理念指导。
Intrauterine adhesion is a common clinical disease and its incidence is gradually increasing.The clinical manifestations include less menstrual flow,amenorrhea,periodic lower abdominal pain and the disease can cause infertility and miscarriage.At present,hysteroscopic adhesion separation(TCAR)is the best method for the treatment of intrauterine adhesions.However,TCAR is very easy to relapse after surgery.The clinical methods for prevention and treatment of postoperative adhesion have certain limitations.And it is also a common problem around the world.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of this disease,and it has great characteristics and advantages in terms of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.As the continuous deepening of research on collateral theory,microcirculatory system and NEI system(neuro-endocrine-immune system)in recent years,instructor Professor JIANG Lijuan believes that the cause of postoperative adhesion of intrauterine adhesion is mainly due to the uterine cell dysfunction.Based on the theory of collaterals,it can provide new academic guidance for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
