摘要
目的探究宫腔镜粘连分离术联合康妇炎胶囊治疗人流术后宫腔粘连的临床效果.方法选择本院2019年7月—2021年1月收治的92例人流术后宫腔粘连患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46).对照组采用宫腔镜粘连分离术及常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用康妇炎胶囊,均持续治疗3个疗程,之后随访1年.比较两组的临床疗效、月经量、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率、宫腔粘连复发率及安全性.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的月经量多于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访1年,观察组的妊娠率高于对照组,宫腔粘连复发率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论宫腔镜粘连分离术联合康妇炎胶囊治疗人流术后宫腔粘连的效果确切,能够促进月经及子宫内膜厚度复常,预防宫腔粘连复发,提高妊娠率,且安全性高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic adhesion separation combined with Kangfuyan Capsule in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion after abortion.Methods A total of 92 patients with intrauterine adhesion after abortion admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected and were divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy adhesion separation and conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan Capsules on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 courses and followed up for 1 year.The clinical efficacy,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the observation group was more than that of the control group,endometrial thickness was thicker than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic adhesions separation combined with Kangfuyan Capsule is effective in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions after abortion,which can promote the recovery of menstruation and endometrial thickness,prevent the recurrence of intrauterine adhesions,and improve the pregnancy rate.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
