摘要
在妇产科中,宫腔粘连是一种较为少见的疾病,虽其发病率较低,但随着人们生活方式的变化、饮食结构的改变等影响,近年来宫腔粘连的发病率有逐渐上升的趋势。宫腔粘连在临床上又被称为Asherman综合征,可致患者出现盆腔痛、闭经、甚至不孕等不良结局,对女性的健康安全造成了严重影响。随着人们对女性健康问题的不断重视,宫腔粘连逐渐受到了人们的重视。由于宫腔粘连有较高的复发率,在临床上难以根治,因此需要寻求更佳的治疗措施。中医为我国的传统医学,具有悠久的历史,在各种疾病的治疗中都有较好的效果,较西医治疗,中医治疗的不良反应更少,更有利于患者的恢复,因此在临床治疗中患者对中医治疗方案更易于接受。
In the obstetrics and gynecology department,intrauterine adhesions is a relatively rare disease.Although its incidence is low,it has been affected by changes in people’s lifestyles and dietary structure in recent years.Intrauterine adhesions,also known as Asherman syndrome in the clinic,can cause adverse outcomes such as pelvic pain,occlusion,and even infertility,which seriously affects women’s health and safety.As people continue to pay attention to women’s health issues,intrauterine adhesions have gradually received attention.Due to the high recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions,it is difficult to cure clinically,so better treatment measures need to be sought.Traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional medicine in China with a long history.It has better effects in the treatment of various diseases.Compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has fewer adverse reactions and is more conducive to the recovery of patients.Patients are more receptive to TCM treatment options.
