摘要
时栅传感器作为转台的测角元件可以构成时栅转台,其精度问题一直是时栅转台研究的重点。运用误差修正技术,结合时栅传感器的原理,通过时间序列模型预测出转台下一时刻的随机误差,并通过系统误差模型和随机误差模型叠加的方式对转台误差进行修正。实验结果表明:通过时栅转台的误差修正平台,实验转台原始误差从±90角秒减小到±3角秒,验证了该方法的可行性,为时栅转台的设计提供了新的思路。
Turntable can be constituted time grating turntable with time grating as measured component, and the precision of time grating turntable is always the key point of research. We used error correction technology and combined the theory of time grating to predict the random error of next time. Then, we combined the system error of mode and random error mode to reduce the error of time grat- ing turntable. In the experimental study, we reduced the error of time grating turntable from 90 second of are to 3 second of arc with error correction platform of turntable, and verified that the method can be applied to the time grating turntable, and it ing turntable. also provides new ideas for the design of time grating turntable.
