摘要
数控系统和测量系统是现代数控机床的关键部件,是保证机床高精度的前提条件。介绍了性价比远远高于传统的光栅传感器(在同精度下仅为其1/10)的时栅传感器的工作原理及其输出信号。并给出了通过将时栅传感器的输出接口转换为光栅传感器系统相同的信号形式。该信号转换接口,具有电路设计简单、价格低廉、实时性好的特点。通过在西门子802C数控系统中的试用,证明了它的可行性,为其能够便捷低成本地应用数控系统提供了实例。
Numerical control system and measuring system arc key components in modern numerical controlled machine tools and the precondition to assure high accuracy of the machine tools. The operational principle and output signals of time- grating sensor are presented. The cost effectiveness of the timing-grating sensor is much higher than that of the conventional grate ( 1/10 under the same accuracy). Through the output interface circuit of time - grating sensor, the output signal is converted into the same format of the signal of grate sensor. The signal conversion interface is simple in design, low-cost and offering good real time performance. The sensor has been used in Siemens'802C digital control system, and its feasibility is proven. This provides practical example for easily using it for existing numerical control systems with low cost.
