摘要
为探讨牧草中叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量的相关性,分别测定了苜蓿、聚合草、串叶松香草3种牧草初花期的叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量,并采用Duncan’s新复极差法进行多重比较分析。结果表明:不同牧草品种间的蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量存在差异,牧草叶绿素a、b、a+b含量及a/b间存在一定的相关性,苜蓿、聚合草、串叶松香草中蛋白质含量与叶绿素a含量、叶绿素a/b显著相关,从综合效应看,其相关系数分别为0.624、0.677。表明,影响牧草蛋白质合成的最主要因素是叶绿素a/b,其次是叶绿素a含量,叶绿素b含量影响较小。
To investigate the relationship between protein content and chlorophyll content in the grass,chlorophyll content and protein content of the alfalfa,comfrey,perfolium at early flowering stage were measured,and multiple comparison was analysed by Duncan's method. The results showed that the protein content and chlorophyll content of different forage grass varieties were different. There was a certain correlation between forage grass chlorophyll a,b,a + b content and a / b. The protein content in alfalfa,comfrey,perfolium had significant correlation with chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll a / b,and the comprehensive effect of the correlation coefficient was 0. 624 and 0. 677,respectively. It indicated that the main factors influencing forage protein synthesis was chlorophyll a / b,the second was the content of chlorophyll a,and chlorophyll b content was the last.
