摘要
为进一步提高农作物秸秆的综合利用效率,探索秸秆产业可持续发展目标,针对其综合利用技术方式进行了研究。在秸秆的组成元素种类及含量基础上,根据可持续发展理念和秸秆还田的作业机理,建立了秸秆综合利用潜力量化模型,并进行主要利用技术分析,归纳出秸秆综合利用的可持续发展方向并进行秸秆综合利用典型试验。研究结果表明:5种还田方式下的秸秆粉碎合格率和秸秆综合利用潜力均控制在85%以上,且经氨化与硫酸钙翻压后的秸秆还田综合利用潜力达96.8%,是秸秆循环利用较好的还田方式;将粉碎后的秸秆分别用于发电、供暖及作为基质燃料等,具有处理量大和经济社会效益好的优势,值得推广。
In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of crop straw and explore the sustainable development goal of straw industry,the comprehensive utilization technology was studied.Based on the types and contents of straw components,according to the concept of sustainable development and the operation mechanism of straw returning to the field,a quantitative model of straw comprehensive utilization potential was established.At the same time,based on the division model of straw sustainable development,the main utilization technology was analyzed,and the sustainable development direction of straw comprehensive utilization was summarized and the typical experiment of straw comprehensive utilization was carried out.The results showed that the qualified rate of straw crushing and the potential of straw comprehensive utilization were all controlled over 85%,and the potential of straw comprehensive utilization after ammonization and calcium sulfate rolling was 96.8%,which was a better way of straw recycling;the crushed straw was used for power generation,heating,matrix fuel and so on,then the straw used for heating had the advantages of large capacity and good economic and social efficiency,which would be worth popularizing.
