碳水化合物含量和过氧化物酶活性变化与苜蓿抗寒性的关系 被引量:26

Seasonal Changes in Carbonhydrate Content and Peroxidase Activities Relate to Cold Hardiness of Alfalfa

摘要 秋冬随温度下降,根中可溶性糖含量增加,早春随温度升高,可溶性糖含量减少,茎则无明显变化。说明以宿根越冬的苜蓿其抗寒力主要表现在根部。与直根型苜蓿相比,根蘖型苜蓿根茎水含量低,可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶活性高,这些重要的生理特性与根蘖型苜蓿优良的抗寒性有关。 Soluble sugar content in roots increased as temperature fell in autumn and win-ter,decreased in early spring as temperature rose.No changes were found on sugar contentin stems,The results showed that the cold hardiness of alfalfa was mainly expressed in roots. Comparied with the straight-rooted,the root and stem of creeping-rooted alfalfa was lessmoisture content,higher soluble sugar content and peroxidase activities,These importantphysiological characters related to its excellent cold hardiness.
