摘要
人才培养是高校的核心职能,而课堂教学则是人才培养的主阵地。课堂教学应以学生学习为核心,教学不是教师完成了什么,而是为了更好地引起学生的学习,是学生学习了什么。教法和学法有重要的关联关系,学法与学习效果有着根本的关联性,采取良好的教法和良好的学法能取得良好的学习效果。有效的教学就是要促使学生使用深层法,而不是使用表层法。需采取有力措施促进师生共同努力,营造教与学的良好环境,使深层教法与深层学法能合理匹配与运用,从而提高高校教学质量。
Talent training is a core function of university which teaching is the main territory of it. Teching should focus on student learning, which not what a teacher did, but to arouse students' interest and what students learned. Teaching and learning have close relationship, and learning has relatedness with learning effect. Great teaching methods and learning methods bring about great learning effect. Effective teaching is to promote students use deep learning methods and not to use surface learning methods. We should take effective measures to boost teachers and students work together and creat a sound environment to combinate and use deep teaching methods and deep learning methods reasonably that improve the teaching quality.
