摘要
为回答“如何破解高职思政课‘教学沉默’”这一实际问题,基于扎根理论研究范式,对206名高职学生的深度访谈记录进行深入分析。通过质性编码,构建了包括高职思政课“教学沉默”、大学生意识形态辨识能力、高职思政课课堂氛围和高职思政课教学制度四个核心范畴的高职思政课“教学沉默”成因分析框架。研究发现:大学生意识形态辨识能力不足、高职思政课课堂氛围压抑、“功能主义”的制度干预是高职思政课“教学沉默”的形成原因,基于“需充分重视大学生在教学过程中的主体地位”“需充分发挥师生间‘文化反哺’的机制优势”“需充分认识到师生间‘授业关系’与‘观演关系’的转换”研究启示,从完善思政课教学设计、构建主流舆论环境、掌握学生意识形态变化、培养“意见领袖”四个方面提出应对高职思政课“教学沉默”的对策。
In order to answer the practical question of how to crack the“teaching silence”in higher vocational ideological and political courses,an in-depth analysis of 206 interviews with higher vocational students was conducted based on the research paradigm of ground theory.Through qualitative coding,we constructed a framework for analyzing the causes of“teaching silence”in higher vocational ideological and political courses,including four core categories:“teaching silence”in higher vocational ideological and political courses,students’ideological recognition ability,the atmosphere in higher vocational ideological and political courses,and teaching system in higher vocational ideology and politics courses.The study found that the lack of students’ideological discernment ability,the oppressive atmosphere and the“functionalist”institutional intervention are the causes of the“teaching silence”.We need to give full attention to the main position of students in the teaching process,give full play to the advantage of the mechanism of“cultural feed back”between teachers and students,fully understand the transformation of the“teaching relationship”and“performance relationship”between teachers and students.The study proposes countermeasures to deal with the“teaching silence”in higher-level ideological and political courses in four aspects:to improve the teaching design of the ideology and politics courses,build the mainstream public opinion environment,grasp the change of students’ideology,and cultivate“opinion leaders”.
