摘要
住院医师是医师成长的重要阶段,住院医师规范化培训[1]是医改的重点工作之一,临床路径式教学法正是标准化的培训程序。对临床路径式教学法在住院医师规范化培训内分泌及代谢性疾病中的重要性进行了探讨。认为其对于规范培训住院医师专科疾病的诊治及管理能力,以及临床住院医师综合素质提高有非常重要的意义。
Resident physician growth is an important stage, is one of the important work of reform of resident standardization training. Clinical pathway type teaching method is the standardized training program. In this paper, the clinical pathway type teaching method in endocrine and metabolic diseases of the importance of resident standardization training are discussed. The resident training specialized subject to the standard and management ability of diagnosis and treatment of diseases, as well as the clinical resident has very important significance to improve the quality of composite.
