摘要
本文以教育部第二批"现代学徒制"试点院校建设子任务为基础,以"产教融合,校企合作"为突破口,进行高职软件技术专业"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的研究与实践,从制度、环境、资源等方面实现多维度综合管理,着力于培养面向企业岗位需求的软件技术专业技能人才。
The paper, based on the sub tasks for ministry of education to set up the second batch of modern apprenticeship pilot colleges and taking the integration of production and education and the school enterprise cooperation as the breakthrough, studies and puts into practice on talent training model under modern apprenticeship for software technology major at vocational college, realizing the multi-dimensional management from respects of system, environment and resources to focus on cultivating software technological-talents facing to posts demands.
