摘要
文章以广东省第一批教育部现代学徒制试点高职院校为例,对现代学徒制人才培养模式及实现路径进行研究。每个高校的现代学徒制人才培养实现路径各不相同且独具特色,比如有"店长制"、"教学企业"、"平台+主导企业+辅助企业"、"品牌引领"、"三证融合"、"特色学院"及"八双四一"等典型特征模式等。文章同时也对现代学徒制试点过程中出现的问题展开分析并提出改进建议。
This paper takes Guangdong-based higher vocational colleges among the first batch of modern apprenticeship system pilots of the Ministry of Education as the cases to study talent cultivation modes and paths of modern apprenticeship system.According to the analysis,the author concludes that modern apprenticeship system in the higher vocational colleges is featured by various modes,such as"shop manager"mode,"teaching enterprise"mode,"platform+dominant enterprise+auxiliary enterprise"mode,"brand-oriented"mode,"three-certificate integration"mode,"featured college"mode and"eight doubles and four ones"mode.In addition,this paper also analyzes the existing problems in the pilots of modern apprenticeship system,and proposes the feasible suggestions.
