摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎病程迁延,以中老年人群罹患为多,且部分患者选择手术治疗后常易伴发胃脘痞满、纳呆少食、神疲乏力、消瘦失眠等诸多杂症。本文认为其病固有脾胃虚弱,术后伤及脾胃元气,从而衍生虚劳,临床遵"脾胃元气论"理论要旨,以香砂六君子汤化裁治疗术后虚劳,取得显著疗效。
The course of chronic atrophic gastritis is protracted,which is more common in middle-aged and elderly people.Some patients choosing surgical treatment are often accompanied by epigastric fullness,poor appetite, fatigue,weight loss,insomnia and other miscellaneous diseases.This article believed that the essence of the disease is spleen-stomach weakness and spleen-stomach suffering injury after the operation,resulting in the postoperative consumptive disease.According to Spleen-stomach and Yuan-qi Theory,Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can treat postoperative consumptive disease of atrophic gastritis with obvious efficacy.
