摘要
美国研究型大学作为孕育创新人才、推动科技创新和成果转化的主阵地,带动了整个国家创业教育的发展。密歇根大学作为公立研究型大学"三巨头"之一,建立了相对完善的创业教育体系。根据哈桑等人提出的创业教育体系分析框架,密歇根大学的创业教育体系由一般型创业教育、激励型创业教育和强化型创业教育构成,该体系具有如下特色:层次分明,面向不同学生群体;课程体系完整,凸显跨学科性;创业活动形式多样,多渠道营造创业氛围;建立多校园校企协同育人机制,提升创业实践能力。密歇根大学创业教育体系及其特色对我国研究型大学构建创业教育体系具有一定的参考价值。
The American research university,as the main position to nurture talents and innovation of science and technology,has led the development of American entrepreneurship education.As one of the top three public research universities,the University of Michigan (UM)has established a relatively complete entrepreneurial education system.According to the framework of Sk.Mahmudul Hasan and another two authors"entrepreneurial education system,the entrepreneurial education system of UM consists of generalized entrepreneurial education,motivational entrepreneurial education and augmented entrepreneur- ial education.The system has the following characteristics :a distinct hierarchy towards different student group;a complete curriculum system,highlighting interdisciplinarity ;various forms of activities,creating a entrepreneurial atmosphere with multi channels;establishing multi-campus school enterprise cooperative education mechanism to enhance entrepreneurial practice ability.The UM entrepreneurial education system and its characteristics provide instructive enlightenments for the establishment of entrepreneurial education system in our research universities.
