摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是在中国特色社会主义进入新时代、社会主要矛盾转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾的大背景下,党中央提出的一项旨在从根本上解决"三农"问题的重大战略。从马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理出发,物质资料的生产和再生产是研究乡村振兴的出发点,乡村振兴可以抽象为生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动过程。以物质资料的生产和再生产作为研究为乡村振兴战略的逻辑起点,以"使用价值空间"为核心范畴,将乡村振兴过程抽象为一个"完全使用价值空间"在数量上不断扩大、质量不断提高、结构不断优化的动态过程,由此构建一个关于乡村振兴战略的理论分析框架。以不断完善的社会主义市场经济为既定的前提条件,从我国"三农"问题的现实与社会主义市场经济的内在矛盾中探索乡村振兴的路径和政策选择。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategy proposed by the Party Central Conmnittee aiming at fundanaentally solving the issues related to "agriculture, rural areas and rural residents" in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era and the social principal contradiction having transformed into the contradiction between people's growing demands for good life and unbalanced and insufficient development. Proceeding from the basic principles of Marxist political economics, the production and reproduction of material data is the starting point for the study of rural revitalization. Rural revitalization can be abstracted into the contradictory movement process of productivity and production relations. A theoretical analytical framework about the rural revitalization strategy is built by taking the production and reproduction of material data as the logical starting point of the rural revitalization strategy, making the "use value space" the core category and abstracting the rural revitalization process into a dynamic process of constantly expanding the quantity, improving the quality and optimizing the structure. With the ever-improving socialist market economy as the established precondition, the path and policy selection for rural revitalization is explored from the inner contraction between the reality of the problems related to "agriculture, rural areas and rural residents" and the socialist market economy.
