终轧温度对Ti+Nb处理的高强IF钢板织构的影响 被引量:7

EFFECT OF FINISHING TEMPERATURE ON TEXTURE OF IF & HIGH STRENGTH STEEL SHEET TREATED BY Ti & Nb

摘要 采用ODF方法 ,对 3种在不同热轧终轧温度下得到的Ti+Nb处理的高强IF钢板退火织构进行了研究。结果表明 :奥氏体区终轧时 ,随着终轧温度降低 ,γ纤维织构及其 {1 1 1 }〈1 1 2〉组分有所增强 。 The annealing textures of interstitial free and high strength steel sheets treated by Ti & Nb at three finishing temperatures have been examined by means of ODF respectively. Results show that when the steel is hot rolled at austenite region the intensities of γ-fibre axis texture and its {111}〈112〉 constituents increase with the drop of finishing temperatures because the grains of the hot rolling and coiling microstructure are refined and the second phase particles precipitated.
